Our commitment to developing skills is reflected in the number of students, from previously disadvantaged communities, who have received practical training in our offices. One such student has received financial assistance from us to complete her Diploma in Surveying.

In order to pro-actively develop a workforce which reflects the diversity of cultures within our community we seek to prioritise the employment of previously disadvantaged individuals.

Considering that we are a small enterprise we have expended a huge percentage of our resources in striving to achieve our goals set for empowerment and employment equity.
